Pamela M. Schuur
Pamela M. Schuur works as of-counsel to the firm. She has decades of experience with a strong background in litigation and real estate law, and in providing legal advice to businesses, including resolving high-stakes commercial, business, and real estate issues. She helps clients throughout the nine San Francisco Bay area counties and as far north as Sacramento. She serves as a regular advisor to businesses across multiple industries and has worked as in-house general counsel for several companies in the tech space. She focuses on providing strategic advice to obtain a fair result. Ms. Schuur is seasoned in all aspects of civil litigation, from pre-complaint investigation, drafting pleadings, discovery, and trial. Ms. Schuur believes that clear thinking leads to clear writing, and that clear writing leads to effective advocacy. She works every day to increase her effectiveness to strengthen the results she can deliver to clients.

Ms. Schuur’s favorite activities outside of work are road trips to explore the US, cooking, wine-tasting, and hosting parties for friends that always feature a signature cocktail or two. She volunteers for Jewish Family Services, delivering meals to shut-ins throughout the East Bay, and devotes time to get-out-the-vote efforts throughout the country. She has used her communications and public relations background to provide special events planning and marketing services to Santa Clara Valley Health & Hospital System, and to serve on the Board of Trustees of Temple Emanu-El in San Jose, California.
