Office Manager & Paralegal

BillieJean has worked for three firms in civil litigation for just over 30 years in State and Federal jurisdictions, including personal injury, product liability, construction defect, subrogation/collection, corporate/transactional, criminal defense and family law/estate planning, patent infringement. She has assisted attorneys at trial for jury selection, presentation of evidence and notes for reports to clients at the conclusion of each day. While at our firm she has expanded her knowledge to include real estate/business litigation, trust administration and probate. Her experience is a valuable asset to our firm and she has been an integral part of many of our client matter success stories.

During BillieJean’s career in the legal arena, she has successfully completed certificates in IT management and has assisted in the creation and implementation of a large scale case management forum. She has additionally obtained a certificate in management from UCLA Ext and has supervised/trained staff and associate attorneys in civil procedure and support for their mentoring attorneys and client relations.

As our office manager and supervising paralegal, BillieJean assists with and/or supervises client matters from intake through completion and the related client billing/collection. She additionally manages our staff and handles firm human resources and operations.

In her spare time, BillieJean enjoys life, whether it be with her fur babies (young and old), her children and grandsons, her husband, or family.
